Vendor Booth fee for Starry Night at Garden Deva

Artists and Vendors!

Reserve your space at Garden Deva's "Starry Night" Event to display and sell your handmade goods at this beloved Tulsa event!

Details:

Starry Night at Garden Deva

Cost:

Indoor booth: $95 (6'x6', Must be available both Friday & Saturday)

Outdoor booth: $95 (10'x10', Must be available both Friday & Saturday)

Deadline to reserve your booth is Friday, October 8th.

Set Up: Friday (November 12th) 9am-9:45am

Tear Down: Saturday (November 13th) 3pm

 

By purchasing a vendor booth at this Event you are agreeing to the following:

+ You will be set up and ready to go 15 min prior to the start of the Event.

+ Your booth will be torn down within 30 min of the end of the Event.

+ If you arrive early please wait in your car until set-up time has begun, doors will       remain locked until 9am.

+ Booths will be first come, first served on the day of event.

+ Your booth set-up must be within the following size parameters.

   (indoor: 6'x6' & Outdoor: 10'x10')

+ You will be present both days of the event. (Friday November 12th & Saturday November 13th)

+ If access to electricity is needed, we must be informed at least 1 week in advance.

+ Booth fees are Nonrefundable.

+ Outdoor vendors must be prepared to stay outdoors rain or shine, we will not be moving outdoor vendors inside for any reason. (We will not be providing tents so please be prepared to bring your own.)
